Commencing operations in 2019, our venture started assessing real estate investment prospects in British Columbia, Canada. Following a thorough analysis of market trends and associated risks, we strategically directed our investment focus towards the private mortgage sector. To date, we successfully funded private mortgages all across BC.

While our primary emphasis remains on private mortgages, we have progressively diversified our portfolio to include the acquisition of development land. Additionally, we are actively exploring the potential for engaging in development projects.
